About Swarmalpha i/o ("SWRM")

Swarmalpha is based on the concept of digital marketplaces in which individual user interests are recorded in a structured manner, technically aggregated and brought together in a common market mechanism. The platform follows an exchange-like system logic: expectations are translated into standardized contracts ("opinions"), traded via a market infrastructure and priced by supply and demand. In contrast to traditional trading venues, these opinions do not relate to financial instruments, but to clearly defined events. The resulting market prices consolidate the collective assessments of the participants into implicit probabilities and make expectations transparent, comparable and traceable over time. Artificial intelligence supports this process on a systemic level. It is used in particular to structure events, analyze market dynamics and process and classify the resulting market signals. The aim is not to automate decisions or provide forecasts, but to make the complexity of collective expectation formation technically manageable and interpretable. The focus is on transparency, the technical aggregation of expectations and the structured classification of uncertainty. Swarmalpha sees itself as an information and signal market, not as a forecasting, trading or advisory system.

The website swarmalpha.io is made available to users for free use as an information and observation platform. The development is currently in the beta stage and is only accessible to a closed user group for functional and usability tests.

Insofar as RSQ Technology Ventures GmbH ("RSQ") provides investment brokerage within the meaning of Section 2 (2) No. 3 WpIG, it acts as a tied agent ("vgV") in accordance with Section 3 (2) WpIG. The former online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) operated by the European Commission was discontinued in July 2025 and is no longer available. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and are generally not prepared to do so.

The user guidance of the website is available in English and German. The reference language is German. Localizations are translations. Data and news obtained from third parties are redited in the language of the publication.

The RFM technology used in the search is based on an approach that was developed specifically for narrowing down relevant information within highly fragmented information layers. The starting point is the assumption that relevance in complex information spaces is not created through mere aggregation, but through contextual classification and structural consolidation. The strengths of this context-related approach unfold in particular where individual pieces of information are condensed into a coherent picture. A characteristic feature here is that directly networked, thematically related information can be accessed from a central access level. Relevance is therefore not created in isolation, but out of context.

Functionally, the technology can be described as a search engine within a search engine. It supplements traditional search mechanisms with an upstream relevance layer that only reveals results that are directly related to the search query. Content without a direct contextual reference is consistently hidden. The technology follows the basic principles of innovative AI search engines. The specific gap that is closed by RFM technology results from the intelligent combination of data availability, artificial intelligence, systematic curation and a combination of self-learning and self-optimizing processes. In this way, relevance is not only calculated, but also developed in a structured manner. This approach is used in particular in specialized financial information environments such as GICS Eleven, Thematic Portfolios, CopyTrader i/o or Due Diligence Hub, where fragmented data is converted into condensed information hubs using smart algorithms.
